FTVCash & Mercedes Legal Action - Affiliate Notice

Today FTVCash emailed their affiliates to warn them of an recent cease and desist letter that they received from the Mercedes Motor Company for using the owner Rob’s Mercedes McLaren SLR supercar in photoshoots. They therefore ask that you please change out or remove any picture or movie galleries you have with these images to non SLR sets. If you are using hosted picture and movie galleries you do not need to changed anything. They have already taken care of those. Sorry for the inconvenience. In case you do not know what car they are referring to, then a quick Google search for “McLaren SLR” would turn up the right image.

They apologise for the inconvenience caused, however this is a required step in order to protect affiliates from potential legal action while unknowingly using the content that has been produced using the vehicle.
