Brooke Skye Sues Bubba, Melissa and More

In reference to her injury obtained on the Bubba The Love Sponge radio show, Brooke Skye has begun legal proceedings against Bubba, alleging he forced her to perform a sex act on his show. According to reports, she is asking for a jury trial and more than $15,000 in damages. “The suit alleges the toy was too big and, despite Miller’s repeated objections, Clem forced the sex act to continue.” which matches what was originally told to the industry by Mayor, the owner of Mayors Money, which Brooke runs her site under.

Brooke also is suing cast members of the Bubba the Love Sponge show and Melissa Harrington (Melissa Midwest). Miller claims in the suit that Harrington at one point expressed concern about the size of the sex toy, saying, “I am afraid I’m going to hurt her.”, although this contradicts some statements made by Mayor. The suit also names the Sirius network, claiming it failed to control its employees, the radio network is famous for having Howard Stern as it’s most famous DJ.
