Jason And Alex 2257 Announcement

Jason and Alex have released their 2257 notice, and it is posted in full below. This is essential reading if you are an affiliate of theirs.

I wanted to take a few moments and thank all of you that have been patient with the new 2257 regulations and all the work we have been tied up with concerning those. It has been a tedious and long process but the deadline has since passed and we are all still semi-sane. If you are a webmaster that needs access to these documents in order to be compliant please utilize our request form and we will process those requests in the order we receive them. You can use this URL to place your request. http://records.jasonandalex.com/ We have had several requests and we ask that you be patient while we handle those in the order in which they were received.

We do urge you to continue to follow the 2257 regulations regardless of the temporary injunction. Although there has been a temporary restraining order issued if the law is eventually upheld they could retroactively come back and prosecute you based upon non-compliance during the injunctive period. The information we have received also indicates that unless you are a member of the Free Speech Coalition that the restraining order does not apply to you. These are all things to be concerned about and we feel that if you go ahead and take advantage of the work we have done getting our documents in order then you will be able to withstand any scrutiny or investigation the government does decide to dish out.

Those of you that have been interested in gallery text files or descriptions for our hosted galleries will now be able to receive a delimited text file in whatever format you need. Currently I have several formats available including: URL|description, URL|category|description|number of pics/vids, etc. All you need to do is email me at jan@jasonandalex.com and let me know what format and sites you are interested in and which delimiter you need and I will send them right to you. Be sure to include your affiliate ID so I can have them ready for you. Also, please include the type of join you will be promoting either trial or no trial.

As you all know our servers were recently moved. Those of you that have an account hosted on our free servers need to either utilize those or let us know whether you will or will not be using them. We have a lot of dead hosting accounts that we need to clean off the server if they are not going to be utilized.

We have also replaced the FreshAmateurVids.com tour. It looks fantastic and Amp did a great job. There are also some new tools that have been placed into the affiliate admin area. There are two gallery templates for FreshAmateurVids.com and one new one for SpringBreakSkin.com. There is also a logo PSD for FreshAmateurVids.com. The brand new BlackDicksWhiteChicks.com tour is also up and running and looking fantastic. Amp is working hard on new projects for us and we will continue to announce those as he finishes them.
