GammaCash 2257 Announcement

GammaCash have made their statement on the 2257 regulations coming into force tommorow available in their affiliate area. These are a must read if you promote them, they are posted in full below.

GammaCash is based in Canada and we intend to help our affiliates to comply with the US 2257 regulations.

GammaCash Websites and Banner Content
All websites are up and running. Nothing changes. Webmaster can promote us like they are used to!

All banners that have ever been made or used to promote GammaCash ARE STILL AVAILABLE to be used. Nothing needs to be changed from our point of view. However, no records or IDs will be provided for our banners. It is the webmaster’s responsibility to choose if he wants to promote our site using ‘sexuality explicit’ or ‘non-sexuality explicit’ banners.

Hosted Galleries
All of our hosted galleries comply with the revised 2257 regulations. Since all of them are on our domains and as long as webmaster links to our free hosted galleries through text links, there is no change that is needed from our webmaster in order to comply with the new rules. No documentation will be provided to our webmaster for the content displayed on our free hosted galleries.

Free Content
The only free content for which we might provide IDs is the Videos content located in the FREE CONTENT section of your gammacash account and the new picture content that we will provide to webmaster personnally, by email. Webmasters that will want to have the IDs for this content will need to contact us at 2257@gammacash.com. We will only give out the IDs to webmasters who have proven or can prove that they can generate a significant amount of sales as judged by us. If you used or were provided with free content before, even though the content is 2257 compliant, we are currently not in a position to provide those records and it is the webmaster’s responsability to choose if he wants to continue using it.
