Twistys Cash today made their 2257 announcement, it is posted in full below, as are most of the other statements made by affiliates if you look through recent pages.

Twistys Cash is based out of The BAHAMAS and we are here to help our affiliates comply with the 2257 regulations. Although we are not an American company, since day one we have been 100% fully compliant with US law. We process and host in the US so we feel it is important to run a ‘squeaky clean’ operation to ensure long term success in the adult industry. We strongly recommend all affiliates speak with a Lawyer to get advice on how this law affects them.

Twistys Members Area
The Twistys members area is up and running stronger than ever. NO changes have been made to the content in our members area. All models are willing participants over the age of 18 at the time in which pictures and videos were taken. Twistys has all necessary documentation and paperwork in order. We are 100% in compliance with the 2257 laws and will continue to adhere to these standards.

Twistys Hosted Galleries
All Twistys hosted galleries will remain as is. All galleries include content which is 100% in compliance with 2257 laws and will remain as is. New galleries will be launched in the coming weeks. All new galleries will be/are also 100% in compliance with 2257 laws.

Twistys Cash asks all affiliates to post/use only NON-sexually explicit content to promote Twistys.com after June 23, 2005.

Twistys’ Policy Regarding Model IDs
As with our affiliates, the discretion and privacy of our models is top priority. Therefore, Twistys will NOT be releasing any model ids or personal information. We value the relationship with our models and we value their privacy in the same way we value the relationship and the privacy of our affiliates. We would never give out our affiliates’ home addresses, phone numbers, email addresses or bank information and we will not compromise our models’ identities either. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.

Twistys Solutions Policy
All Twistys affiliates are partners in our company. We are 100% dedicated to our models, our affiliates and to the integrity of a strong (and compliant) adult industry. The 2257 law provides the perfect opportunity for affiliates to let Twistys handle the worry and headache associated with 2257 compliance. Simply promote our high quality hosted galleries by way of text link and/or non-explicit thumbnails and affiliates remove all worry regarding 2257.

If this law is going to cause a problem with certain affiliate promotion, we would like to hear from you. We do not want this law to have a negative effect on any of our business relationships.
