GigaCash 2257 Statement

GigaCash have today made their statement on the forthcoming 2257 regulations. Their release is posted below.

GigaCash has always strived to stay a few steps ahead. We’re pleased to inform you that by June 23rd our 2257-related efforts will have resulted in an affiliate program that is not only compliant with the new 2257 regulations but one that will also begin to produce significantly greater conversions for our affiliates.

Regardless of the outcome of Free Speech Coalition’s injunction efforts, our mission is to protect you (our affiliate) while respecting the privacy of the models. PREMIUM SITES
Effective June 23 our lineup of Premium sites will have gone through a video-focused “TOTAL MAKE-OVER”. This means that GigaCash affiliates will begin to see improved conversions from their existing GigaCash links. Our premium sites will begin to offer gigabytes of downloadable video content to subscribers. Although we plan on having the VAST MAJORITY of our sites completed by June 23, in the event that a site is not 100% ready by June 23 the domain will be redirected to its matching niche (compliant) GigaCash site. And of course we’ll point it right back to the original site upon completion (within a few days following June 23). Meanwhile affiliates will receive full credit on all sales.

DISCOUNT (BLOWOUT) SITES
Since our discount sites will not be going through a make-over until after June 23, they will redirect to their corresponding niche Premium sites. For example milfblowout.com will redirect to mombang.com, meanwhile affiliates will earn the higher commission rates on premium site sales ($30-$40). Upon completion of our discount site make-over, they will point back to their original discount site format.

BANNERS & PROMOS
- If an injunction is not granted by June 22 GigaCash affiliates will be required to remove all previous GigaCash banners/promos.
- New compliant banners will be supplied within just a few days following June 23.
- OK to keep text links. Text links are exempt from 2257.

FREE HOSTED GALLERIES & PIC OF THE DAY
Once again, if an injunction is not granted then GigaCash affiliates will be required to replace their existing FHG & POTD links with brand new compliant links, to be announced on June 22 – stay tuned!

OLD DOWNLOADABLE CONTENT
Effective June 17 GigaCash affiliates are required to remove any content previously provided by GigaCash to be hosted on your servers.

AFFILIATE ACCESS TO 2257 DATABASE
GigaCash is currently populating and testing its 2257 database to be completed by June 22. Our cross referenced database will be available to affiliates in the event of an 2257 audit. We ask that you direct all 2257 requests to admin@gigacash.com.
