Operators cracking down on mobile porn

The Wireless Association, the leading U.S. wireless trade group, expects to adopt guidelines to protect children from porn on cell phones later this year, an association official said on Friday.

The trade group’s board of directors will soon consider potential guidelines, and the association wants to ink an industry-wide agreement by June.

The way this plays out will be extremely interesting, that’s for sure.
