$2.8 Million Judgement Against Purveyor of Stolen CE Cash E-mail List

“The federal district court for the district of Nevada has found Eric Suchomski, a.k.a., ‘BigMike9712′, liable for offering to sell a valuable customer list know as the ‘CE list’ on a popular webmaster chat board.”

A $2.8 million judgement has been made against Eric Suchomski, who posted on the GFY message board offering the CE Cash “CE List” which was, at the time, a mailing list containing 70 million double opt in email addresses.

A spokesperson for R.P. Ventures and CECash said, ‘This is a warning to others that they should expect the same treatment if they traffic in our stolen property. We will continue to police our valuable trade secrets and prosecute individuals to the full extent of the law’
