Lawsuit over ‘snake-oil’ Penis Pills
“A New Jersey man has filed a false advertising lawsuit against a maker of herbal penis enlargement pills, alleging the medicine does not fulfil its promises, the plaintiff’s lawyer said on Monday.”
Yahoo! News reported this today, the article also mentions the previous lawsuits of the companies who produce VigRx and Enzyte. It seems that more class-action lawsuits may be on the horizon as consumers realise that some of the products they are buying are not the real deal.
Due to this bad publicity for penis pills, it would be recommendable to promote extender products more than pill products at the moment. Reliable extender products to promote would be the well known FastSize extender, or the OAInternet extender, which pays $200 per sale – the highest extender payout in the industry.
